Homebrew Cooligan (SMW) Species Details

The cooligans are another new addition to the wars between the Koopas and the Mushroom Kingdom.  They thrive in frigid temperatures, far away from the domains of other cultures.  Their social mentality is that of group survival, including those not of their species. They eagerly defend their homes against invaders, but only after peace talks have failed.  Unfortunately for them, they are quickly learning that not everyone shares this belief.

Cooligans are bulkier bodied penguins with larger skulls.  Their beaks are also shorter and wider, and their wing bones have as much dexterity as fingers on hands.

(For the purposes of simplicity, the cooligans speak halfling as their natural language.)
