You have useable wings attached from the shoulder bone to the mid/lower bac. You have a flying speed of 50+ft, and depending on what kind of wings you choose for your character, different speeds and durations. 

- Wings are generally water-resistant due to certain secreted oils, and a fast dive for something within 4 feet of the water's surface shouldn't do any harm, but avians generally avoid the water.

- You do not secrete sweat/oil, but the feathered area secrets a preening oil near the back of the neck/base of the wings.

- You have smaller wings sprout from the side of the head, covering ear hole/opening used in flight/situations to cover sensitive areas of the head

You gain access to 2 spells all Avisveni know. Disguise self, specifically the ability to vanish their sings and more birdlike features should it be a matter of safety, and Gust, the ability to help create a gust of wind to allow them to take off when in a situation it would be difficult to otherwise. 

You have four hooked fingers that taper into claws and no thumb. the claws have an base attack of 5 hit points.

You have fully black eyes/sclera that allow for good dark vision up to 80ft. Your eyes are placed farther apart than most mammals, and you have extremely sharp and acute eyesight that processes images much more rapidly than most humanoids.
