Small amphibious folk from the elamental plane of mud, the xotl live in marshy caves and other damp places

Regenerating body
At the start of your turn you can expend one hit dice and add that and an amount equal to your constitution modifier to your health, you can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, once all your uses are expended you can take a long rest and recharge the trait
