Hard Shell

Your hard exterior makes you hard to kill you gain the following benefits. You have a natural AC of 15 + you constitution modifier. You are not able to wear armor of any size or shape 

Ability Score Increase

(+1 constitution +2 strength)-from Crustation Modifications (-2 dexterity)-from the extra weight and chitin hindering your maneuverability. 

Pincers

Your pincers are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier.

Size

They reach the average size of humans (small - medium) though their weight ranges from 250 - 320 due to crustation additions.

Age

You're still human, typically lasting up to 80-90 years.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 feet. You can also swim at a normal speed of 15 feet. 

Shell Defense

You can withdraw into your shell as an action. Until you emerge, you gain a +4 bonus to AC, and you have advantage on Strength and Constitution saving throws. While in your shell, you are prone, your speed is 0 and can’t increase, you have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws, you can’t take reactions, and the only action you can take is a bonus action to emerge from your shell.

Impractical Physique

When you get pushed or tumble you have do make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw in order to not lay on your back and be prone. While prone your speed is 0 and can’t increase, you have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws and you can’t take reactions. At the start of your turn however you can take a bonus action to make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw in order to get back up on your legs again but still halving your movement for the round. For this saving throw you can ignore the disadvantage you get from your prone state.

Hold Breath

You can hold your breath for up to 1 hour at a time. Though enhanced, you're not full crab, and crabs aren’t natural swimmers, you can remain underwater for some time before needing to come up for air.

Survival Instinct

You gain proficiency in the Survival skill.

Languages

You can speak, read, and write Aquan and Common.
