Homebrew Cambion Species Details
Half mortal, half demon, Cambions can fit in among their mortal kin, often proving to be outstanding warriors or tough-to-kill survivalists. With long life spans wasted by an inclination towards violence, these crossbreeds rarely live uneventful lives.
Cambion Traits
Cambions, while bearing the appearance of their mortal kin, are notably stronger than them, and they bear powers that can be traced back to their Abyssal heritage.Ability Score Increase
Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Constitution score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Darkvision
Thanks to your demonic heritage, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Demonic Resistance
You have resistance to fire damage.
Powerful Build
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Blood Curse
Once per long rest, you can trigger your Blood Curse as a bonus action. It lasts one minute, and for the duration, all of your attacks deal fire damage instead of their normal damage types, and you gain immunity to fire damage.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write both Common and Abyssal.
