Description

Born from the radiant light of the cosmos and the boundless void of the astral sea, the Celestari are an ancient race of celestial beings bound to the balance of the universe. Their existence is woven from the very fabric of the stars, embodying both creation and destruction, order and chaos, light and darkness. Some believe they are the children of forgotten deities, while others claim they are manifestations of the universe's will. Regardless of their origins, Celestari walk the mortal realms as enigmatic figures, guiding fate and bending reality with their celestial gifts.

Celestari appear similar to humans but bear distinct celestial features—glowing eyes that shift between radiant gold and deep silver, skin that subtly shimmers like the night sky, and hair that flows like nebulae infused with cosmic energy. Their presence exudes a serene aura, and they often speak in a melodic tone that carries the whispers of the stars.

Celestari live far longer than most mortal races, reaching maturity around 50 years and living up to a thousand years.

Celestari are similar in height and build to humans, standing between 5 and 7 feet tall. Your size is Medium.

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Celestial Traits

Light & Darkness as One: You can create dim light or darkness in a 10-foot radius around you for up to 10 minutes. This does not require concentration and can be dismissed at will.

Cosmic Energy Manipulation: You know the Sacred Flame cantrip. At 3rd level, you can cast Shield once per long rest. At 5th level, you can cast Moonbeam once per long rest. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Reality & Destiny Weaving: When you or an ally within 30 feet makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, you can use your reaction to grant advantage or impose disadvantage. You can use this ability once per long rest.

Celestial Transformation: As a bonus action, you can enter a cosmic state tied to celestial cycles for 1 minute:

• Solar Form (Daylight & Creation): You emit bright light in a 20-foot radius and gain resistance to radiant damage.

• Lunar Form (Moonlight & Void): You gain darkvision up to 120 feet and resistance to necrotic damage.

• Eclipse Form (Perfect Balance, unlocked at 10th level): You gain resistance to both radiant and necrotic damage, and your movement speed increases by 10 feet. You can use this ability once per long rest.

Time & Space Mastery: At 7th level, you can cast Misty Step once per long rest. At 15th level, you can cast Teleport once per long rest.

Purification & Restoration: You have proficiency in the Medicine skill. Additionally, you can cast Lesser Restoration once per long rest.

Celestial Summoning: At 9th level, you can cast Summon Celestial once per long rest.
