Homebrew Ascended Primordial Predator Slime Species Details
APP Slime
Ascended Primordial Predator Slimes are twisted, demonic entities born from arcane experiments intended to forge advanced lifeforms and super-beings. These rare, ancient creatures—believed to have endured for over a millennium—originated from prolonged exposure to potent magic and forbidden substances deep within the Abyss, far removed from the humble slimes most adventurers know.
Upon their rediscovery, powerful arcane mages and master alchemists devoted decades to studying, manipulating, and refining them. Through these efforts, the once wild abominations were ascended into formidable arcane monstrosities.
These amorphous beings manifest as ever-shifting masses of corrosive, viscous slime, radiating an eerie, unnatural glow. Their bodies exude a foreboding aura an echo of the dark magic that forged them. Though inherently shapeless, they can form pseudo-limbs and tendrils with terrifying precision to strike down their foes.
Ascended Primordial Predator Slimes possess the terrifying ability to absorb both physical and magical assaults, as well as living creatures and materials, converting this energy to fuel their continual evolution. Highly intelligent and unnervingly cunning, they view the world through a warped lens—driven by an insatiable, predatory hunger to consume and ascend ever further.
Your slime character has the following traits

Arcane Core
A powerful arcane infused core that is the source of the ascended power and grating unique enhancement.
Dimensional Storage, The arcane core harness spacial magic allowing for a fold in space to exist within, adding dimensional storage. A fold in dimensional space providing infinite storage able to materialise items in and out of the space at will, whilst in the dimensional space items and creatures living or dead are seemingly frozen in time.
This dimensional fold has an unlimited interior space that can store any item or creature regardless of size. Retrieving an item from the space requires a bonus action.(add custom bag of holding to character)
Absorption, The combinations of the slimes body and the Arcane core lets you Absorb any dead monster size Medium or smaller over the course of a short or long rest(or equivalent amount of time), size Large takes 2 long rests. Only one creature can be absorbed at a time.

As the creature's life flashes through your mind, you learn the most important memory from their life. You can also actively glean additional information; you may ask the DM one question, and the DM must answer truthfully though they may couch the answer in figurative language representative of the memory's qualities.
Ascended Evolution, Once you have consumed 1000 creatures you enter a deep sleep and evolve into a fully Ascended entity. You gain +5 to all attributes (max 20).
Resilient Slime Body
Your natural armour class is 13 + your Dexterity modifier, you cannot wear armour or gain the benefits of a shield while in slime form.
Your slime body has very few internal organs and is made mostly of adaptable fluid. You gain resistance to all nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, slashing and fall damage.
Malleable Form
Internal Pocket, Slimes have internal pockets and can form them within their gelatinous body to carry objects. While you can have several pockets within your body. For example, you can hold a single short sword or several small pouches or a handful of arrows or a pair of daggers. Another creature can attempt to wrestle an object from inside your body through an Athletics check contested by your Acrobatics or Athletics check. You may use this trait even as a humanoid though the objects must fit within your body.
Due to the slime's malleable nature it can ignore fall damage
As a reaction passing a 15 Dex save you can be bounced back up to 10 feet upon being hit by bludgeoning damage and nullify the attack damage
Your Malleable Form is able to squeeze through spaces as narrow as one inch wide. You exit the space as a blob.
Slimy Reach, As a bonus action, you can extrude a pseudopod that is up to 6 inches wide and 10 feet long or reabsorb it into your body. You can use this pseudopod to manipulate an object, open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour out the contents of a container. Normally unable to be used as a weapon they can provide an advantage while grappling a target and do allow for spell casting provided they are able to preform the somatic movements
Stickiness, Take advantage of the stickiness of your slime to climb walls. Can be turned On/Off
Slime constitution
You do not eat or drink as most creatures do, but instead receive nutrients from material dissolved within you. You cannot become intoxicated from ingesting alcohol, and have advantage on saving throws against ingested poison. You do not sleep and magic cannot put you to sleep. Instead, you enter a torpor during which time you remain semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
You can heal for 1d4 hit points (3 times a day) by putting your hand in water (outside of combat) and absorbing it. You can leave a piece of your body behind equal to half of your total hit points, if the original is destroyed it can revert back to the piece it left behind. To regain the lost hit points by taking a long rest without doing anything except digesting and sleeping. (You cannot gain a skill or spell)
Corrosive Form
A Slimes body is made up of Acidic fluids that allow them to devour almost anything they touch. This comes with both benefits and drawbacks.
When a creature hits you with a melee attack, they take acid damage equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum 1).
Your body is your weapon, at lvl 1 you can make an unarmed corrosive whip attack dealing 1d6 acid damage, at lvl 3 you deal 2d6 acid damage at lvl 9 you deal 3d6 acid damage at lvl 17 you deal 4d6 acid damage. (+Dex/STR to attack and damage) you cannot wield other weapons and you have disadvantage on using tools.
You can try to grapple any creature in your space and up to 5ft. away from you. You can grapple 1 + your proficency bonus targets.
You can grapple an opponent your Dexterity check contested by the target's Dexterity check.
When you successfully grapple a creature, it takes 1d6 acid damage, and can no longer breathe until it breaks free from you. As long as it remains grappled by you, the creature takes 1d6 acid damage at the start of it's turn.
If you have a creature grappled, you can take an action in its turn followed by it making a grapple contest check.
While grappling a creature, you take only half the damage dealt to you, and the creature you are grappling takes the other half.
Additionally your movement speed is 0 until you release the grapple or until the creature frees itself.
As an action you can eat through the non-magical armour or weapon of the creature you have grappled, and requires 2 rounds to complete (using your action to perform this task twice).
Any non-magical weapon made of metal that hits you corrodes. After dealing damage, the weapon takes a permanent and cumulative -1 penalty to damage rolls. If its penalty drops to -5, the weapon is destroyed. Non-magical ammunition made of metal that hits you is destroyed after dealing damage. You can eat through 2-inch-thick, non-magical metal in 1 round.
You can eat through most materials with these exceptions: Gold, Glass, Platinum, Lead, and Mythril.
You cannot use any non-magical weapons or items unless they are made of a material that you cannot eat through, and regardless of magical or material you cannot use armour while in non humanoid form. (you are a ball of fluid).
Waterphobic
While able to withstand water in a more humanoid form, their true slime form is weakened thus creating a fear of water amongst the slime races. With sufficient water such as being completely submerged or in a heavy rain storm the slime will start to dissolve, failing a DC 13 Con + Proficiency while submerged or a DC 11 while in heavy rain will deal 1 necrotic damage at the beginning of your turn.
Polymorph & Partial Polymorph
At level 6 Advanced Slimes can choose whether to fully transform or partially transform into a small or medium sized humanoid or creature they have Absorbed as an Action. At level 10 you can morph into any small or medium sized humanoid or creature you have seen.
As a humanoid, you may wield weapons, use tools, and wear armour similar to other humanoids. You can also form in and out of any armour or clothes while morphing and ignore the time required to don/doff the equipment. You revert to your blob form as an action or if you are knocked unconscious. Doing so automatically forces you to exit and drop any equipment you are using that requires a humanoid body.
