You can increase an ability score by 1

As an action, you can cauterise the wounds of someone you touch using your own body heat. When you do, you take Fire damage equal to your Constitution Modifier and the creature you touch regains hit points equal to your Constitution Modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per long rest.

As an Action you can for 1 minute radiate heat from you. For the duration, you shed dim light in a 10-foot radius, and at the end of each of your turns, You and each hostile creature within 10ft of you takes Fire damage equal your proficiency bonus -1 amount of D6.

For up to 10 Minutes you vent out scorching hot air whenever you take damage
you deal fire damage equal to your constitution modifier back at melee attackers that hit you.

You can use either of these (not both) once per long rest.
