If the hunger charges reach 0, the dhampir goes into a blood frenzy.

If the hunger charges reach 0, the dhampir goes into a blood frenzy.

Dhampirs need blood from humanoids to satiate their hunger. The deeper the emotional connection between the dhampir and the humanoid "food source", the more charges are restored.

Blood Frenzy

When a Dhampir runs out of hunger charges, they will go into a blood frenzy. They can not see the difference between foe and friend. They gain resistance to psychic damage, but becomes vulnerable to radiant damage.
