Characters normally get one "free action" per turn to touch or move things like to Use an Object, draw a weapon, open a door, etc. but for Chireans it will be more lenient about the extent that you can do this per turn. Functionally this might look like ignoring the Loading property on low to mid-power ranged weapons, changing the text on some magic items from "Use an Action to-" to "Use a Bonus Action to-", and similar changes. Basically you have fast hands and are good with tech.

Chireans have proficiency in Perception and Acrobatics checks. If you already have proficiency in either skill, instead gain Expertise in that skill. If you already have Expertise in that skill, you get an additional +1 bonus.

A number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus, you can use a bonus action to emit a loud magically infused chirp. Choose one of the following effects each time you use it:

• An enemy within 45 feet that can hear makes a Constitution saving throw, DC 10+Your character level. If it fails, it gets disadvantage on its next "d20 test."
• Make your next Perception or Investigation check with advantage.
