Homebrew Couatl Harpy Species Details

The Couatl Harpies were once the storm-heralds of ancient skies—an engineered lineage born of divine ambition and wartime alchemy. Fused from avian grace, serpent cunning, and celestial essence, they were bred to be tacticians of the upper winds, heralds of gods and dragons alike. Their bodies were built for altitude and speed, with bones buoyed by internal aether currents and minds sharpened for both flight and ritual. In the old eras of sky-wars and floating citadels, they were revered as living banners of sovereignty—each feather a sigil, each movement a glyph of power.

Today, a Couatl Harpy is rare, often regarded with awe or cautious distance. In a world that favors science and steel over ritual and wind-borne ancestry, They were out of place—but not without power. While they are needed less for aerial battle than they once were, the magic of their lineage lingers in touch, scent, and ceremony. Their bodies, though reshaped for grounded life, still carry the divine charge of storms and sacred air.
