A wraith that has calmed itself enough to take on human form again however once brought down to half hp the wraith will lose its peace. this wraith has learned that it is beneficial to live among humans and has taken on human form. one way to tell the difference between a wraith and a human in the eyes a wraith will have pure black eyes with red particles floating off. as well while they can keep their form mostly under control, at night the body of the wraith has its skin turn black in spots and start to turn back to a smoky dark gray. once this wraith has been hit down to half health it will be forced to revert back to a normal wraith however the stats are buffed. however, in converting to humans a wraith like this has lost its necrotic ability to create specters.

if the wraith is brought down to half health then it is forced to change to a wraith and drop its human form.change
once brought down to half health or if you choose then you will change into a wraith this grants you the ability to use life drain and stone knife (stone knife is a legendary action). as well in this form, you can go through solid objects such as humans or walls however if you end a turn or stay in there you will suffer 1d10 force damage. if you are in the sunlight you will have disadvantage on all saving throughs, attack rolls, and checks. But in this form, you have resistance to acid, cold, fire, lightning, and thunder. damage. additionally, you are immune to necrotic and poison damage, you are immune to being charmed, exhaustion, grappled, paralyzed, petrified, poisoned, prone, and restrained. however, in this form you have the alignment of neutral evil which means that you will not only attack whatever is attacking you but you will see your party as the enemy. but your movement speed is increased to 90ft.
stone knife
when in wraith form you gain the ability to shoot knives from the ethereal plane that deals 5d6 piercing damage (you can do this 5 times per fight.). At the end of the round, you are able to roll a percentile dice and on a roll of 70% or above you get one charge back.
life drain
you point out a target within 15 ft of you and the target on a hit takes 4d8 + CON modifier necrotic damage. as well the target must make a DC 14 con save or its hit point maximum will go down by however much is dealt by the attack. as well you get 2d8 health back.
