As a creature of the earth element, you do mimmic many of its attributes. You are granted +3 strength and +2 constitution, however your self-important natiure gives you -2 charisma

When encountering difficult terrain you can ignore it.  You can freely burrow through regular earth and stone which is unworked without disturbing it at 60' per round; you can walk through plant growth and entangle spells without issue ar 30' per round as if they weren't there; and the sleet storms by that hated element of water, you can hover over the ground at 30' per round (Be aware, that when you fly/hover, your legs disappear and are replaced with a swirling funnel of sand, which might very well give you away as a genie). climbing slows you up because of your physical weight, and your climb speed is only 15' per round...it might be better to just burrow up...just sayin.

Additionally, while walking and burrowing you have a tremor sense of 60'.  Your superior hearing and excellent eyesight provide you expertise on preception checks. You also have unlimited dark vision and True sight to 10'.

As an earth elemental, you find yourself immune to magical and nonmagical bludgeoning damage, however, you can summon the stone of the earth to cover your fists when angered as bonus action causing your unarmed attacks (Fist of Stone) to deal 2d8 + Strength Model. Being one with the earth, this weapon enhancement to your fists considered a light or finesse weapon. Two weapon fighting would allow you to strike with both fists as an action with the second fist hitting at -4.

Upon being cursed you had to design your own prison. A small vessel, be it a lamp, an urn, a bottle, or even a ring...whatever it was its design must ensure it is worth over 500 gp. The interior is a 30' high and 50' diameter area that you may design as you wish.

You can come and go from this vessel as an action at will, however you must spend your long rests within.  Long rests are completed in 4 hours of meditation due to the fact that as a genie you require neither sleep, food, water, or air. Should you fail to enter your vessel for your 4 hour meditation by midnight on any given night, you will be sucked in and unable to leave until 4 hours has passed.

You can also accept guests into your vessel. You may take two creatures per proficiency bonus. However, know they will be automatically expelled after 8 hours to unoccupied spaces surrounding your vessel, if you did not release them earlier.

Your vessel can be used as a spell focus by either you or your master, but must be held or worn to be used.

Finally, your vessel can function as a bag of holding.  It does require a full action to both add an item and summon an item from the vessel.

Be warned...should your master die, or you have completed service of 1000 days, your vessel will magically be removed from their possession and placed elsewhere among the worlds.  You will be permitted to leave your vessel for 4 hours per day to find a new master to serve, but should anyone pick up and uncork, rub, or wish upon your vessel, they will become your new master.

If a genie seeks death, then they must become a warrior. There is no proof that genies age or die of old age.  They merely gain higher and higher respect as the centuries pass.

That said, you are unaffected by all spells that can effect your age. On this subject you also find yourself immune to charm and sleep spells, while being vulnerable to Force damage.

When you were first imprisoned, I will bet dollars to donuts that you were lawful evil.  However ones psyche can do many things over the course of 10,000 years.  As you have learned and seen the goodness, the greed, and the guile of mankind in general, your current alignment is up in the air, and you could be any alignment.

You are very beefy and bulky. you may look quite portly or very muscular.  Your body tones match more with the earth in shades of tans, browns or rarely grays. You can be anywhere from 5 to 7 feet tall and are considered a medium creature.

You can read, speak, and write Common, Terran and 3 other languages you have learned from your masters since being inprisoned

You can cast the wish spell once per day according to the following rules.

1. It may only be with the permission of your master.

2. You may never cast a wish for yourself.

3. When casting a wish, the recipient must say "I wish" before stating their desire, and you may grant it in any manner you choose as long as the terms of the wish is fulfilled 

4. Contrary to popular rumor, no one can wish for your freedom. You will serve your complete sentence of servitude.
