You are a Humanoid.

Your walking speed is 30 feet.

You have blindsight with a range of 30 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn’t behind total cover, even if you’re blinded or in darkness. Moreover, you can see an invisible creature, unless the creature successfully hides from you. You cannot use your blindsight if you are deafened. 

As a hybrid species of humanoid and bat, you have wings which begin at your underarm and go up to your wrist. Thanks to your wings, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can’t use this flying speed if you’re wearing scale mail, half plate, or any heavy armor. You also can't use this flying speed while making use of any item which you must wear on your upper arm or forearm. You can still wear bracelets and other wrist accessories. 

As a hybrid species of humanoid and bat, both your hands are missing two digits-- the ring finger and little finger. These digits have been elongated and relocated to become limbs to help articulate your wings, which run all the way up to your wrist. As a consequence, you have disadvantage on any Dexterity check to use tools.
