A Wolf who gained the ability to shift into a human with only a few things left including the tail ears and teeth and as this said wolf you have the ability of pack control and a howl to call in allies

From wolf form your body sucks in the fur and hair you don't need and changed your bone structure and shrink so you look close to human
From human form your bones break and reshape into wolf form growing to 10ft tall as a wolf with fur of the same colour as your hair
Darkvision
You can see 100ft Infront of you in human form 200ft in wolf form
Pack calling
You howl a deep booming howl and for up to 1D8 pack of wolfs will come to your side to join you in the fight
Silver weakness
Even touching silver is deadly to a lupine
