Death Cap - Changes color to white. Gives skeletal look. You have no lips, and black eyes, with a large white flat cap on your head, elbows, knees, and the back of your hand. +Immunity to poison. Adds ability to cast Death Spores once a day.

Chicken of the Woods - Changes main color to orange. Gives thicker, healthy look. You have no teeth, instead, your lips have become bumpy and hard. Your eyes are now yellow. You have flat orange mushrooms growing up your spine, a giant one on your head, several making a spiral around your arms and legs, and finally, a single flat one on each kneecap, and elbow. You can cast Healing Hands, and Heal Caps every day. +Immunity to all diseases. +Resistance to poison.

Puff Ball - Changes main color to white. Gives you a fatter, thicker look, with big eyes on the round top of the shroom. +Immunity to poison. Adds ability to cast Spore Mines once a day.

Amanita - Changes color to white and red. Gives you a white body, with red coloration on the, hands, but the fingers are white, feet, but the toes are white. Your upper torso, including shoulders, are red, and your face has no lips, and sharp teeth, your eyes are now red, and the cap on your head is red, with white spots. +Immunity to poison. Adds ability to form blades and hammers on arms. Adds poison status affect to anyone struck by blades.

Cordyceps - Changes color to yellow. Gives you a skeleton body, with cordyceps fungus wrapping around it, and forming tendons, and muscle. Your skull now has cordyceps inside, controlling the rest. Cordyceps wraps your ribs together, tightly, like muscle, whilst also using it as a mid point, to travel through out the spine, and control the legs, also wrapped in cordyceps. +Immunity to poison. +Resistance to magic. Adds proficiency in necromancy. Adds ability to turn all corpses nearby into Fungi Zombies.

Chaga - Changes color to brown with black stripes. You're now 8ft, with a thick rock like body, your eyes glow yellow, and your mouth id full of flat teeth. +Resistance to piercing, bludgeoning, slashing, and all damage from non magical weapons.. +3 added to AC. Ability to charge at enemies. Ability to deal heavy damage with fists. Ability to once a day go berserk, and get a strength boost for 3 turns, and advantage on all strength rolls.
