Homebrew ‘’Abomination’’ Species Details

Abominations are creatures of different types that are different than others. They have no real origin point. They’re all just different. Here are their traits:

Creature Type: You are an aberration.

Size: You are medium.

Speed: Your walking speed is 30 feet.

Aberrant Recall: You have proficiency in Intelligence checks to recover lore.

Abomination Type: Chose one type of the following abominations.

  • Aboleth: You gain a swimming speed equal to your Walking speed. You gain a new unarmed strike type. Tentacles: Dexterity modifier plus PB to hit. One target reach 10 ft. Hit 1d6 bludgeoning damage plus 1d4 acid damage.
  • Beholder: As an action you can fire these rays, You can use this action as many times as your proficiency bonus: Wounding ray: Intelligence modifier to hit, range 150ft, one target, 1d12 necrotic damage on a hit. Mind ray: Intelligence modifier to hit, range 150ft, one target, 1d6 psychic damage and the target can’t use their proficiency bonus on intelligence checks for 1 minute. Fear ray: Intelligence modifier to hit, range 150ft, one target, The target is frightened for one minute on a hit. 
  • Cloaker: You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You gain advantage on dexterity saving throws.
  • Gibbering Mouther: You can speak two new languages.
  • Mind Flayer: You can Inniatly cast detect thoughts, and have telepathy out to 60ft.
  • Nothic: You gain truesight out to 60ft.
  • Slaad: You can take an action to regain Hp equal to double your level. You can use this as much as your proficiency bonus.

Abominations are creatures that resemble abberations that have cool traits.

Abberant skills

You gain advantage on intelligence checks made to remember something.

Aboleth

You gain swimming speed equal to your walking speed . You gain the following action as an unarmed strike. Tentacle: Dexterity modifier + PB to hit. Reach 10ft, 1d6 bludgeoning damage plus 1d4 acid damage on a hit.

Swimming speed

You gain a swimming speed equal to you walking speed

Tentacle

You gain the following action as an unarmed strike. Tentacles: Dexterity modifier +PB to hit, reach 10ft, 1d6 bludgeoning + 1d4 acid damage on a hit

Cloaker

You gain a flying speed out to 30ft. You gain advantage on dexterity saving throws.

Flight

You gain a flying speed out to 30ft.

Dexterity advantage.

Gain advantage on dexterity ability checks

Gibbering Mouther

Speak two more languages.

Language

Speak a new language.

Mind Flayer

You gain the detect thoughts spell and telepathy out to 60ft.

Detect Thoughts

You gain the detect thoughts spell.

Telepathy

You gain telepathy out to 60ft.

Nothic

You gain truesight out to 60ft.

Truesight

You gain truesight out to 60ft.
