Homebrew Beastfolk Species Details
Beastfolk are creatures who mix traits of humans and animals. No one knows where they came from or who created them, but they exist.
Beastfolk display any traits a human could have, but also have traits suggestive of their animal heritage.

Size: Medium (about 6–8 feet tall)
Speed: 30 feet
Bestial Ancestry
Your lineage stems from a beast progenitor. Choose the kind of beast from the Bestial Ancestors table. Your choice affects your Bestial Spells and Speed Bonus traits as well as your appearance.

Bestial Spells
You learn a cantrip, determined by your Bestial Ancestry. This cantrip uses Strength as your spellcasting modifier.
Speed Bonus
You gain an extra speed based on your Bestial Ancestry.
Darkvision
You have Darkvision with a range of 60 feet.
Endure
When you reach character level 5, once per Long Rest as a Bonus Action, you can gain temporary hit points equal to your Strength modifier multiplied by your Proficiency Bonus.
