• Due to your diminutive size, you are unable to perform many of the same physical feats as larger creatures. This comes with some advantages and some drawbacks.

  • Your AC increases by 2 • You have disadvantage on any Strength based saving throws or skill checks which you do not already have advantage or disadvantage on.

  • You cannot attack with weapons that have the heavy property, and have disadvantage on melee attacks with weapons that do not have the light property.

  • You cannot equip heavy armor. Your Dexterity modifier is reduced by 2 while wearing medium armor.

  • Your melee weapon attacks do 1d4 less damage, calculated before critical hits.

  • Your unarmed strikes do no damage unless their damage is modified by a class feature, feat, or other ability. You do not require as much food as most creatures, and need only half a pound of food and half a gallon of water per day to be considered fully fed/watered

  • You may occupy the same space as a friendly creature without considering it difficult terrain, and may end your move in a friendly creature's space.

Your base walking and swimming speed is 30 feet.

As a bonus action, you can stick out your tongue. As part of the same bonus action, you can use your tongue to manipulate an object, open or close a door or container, or pick up or set down a Tiny object. The tongue contains no sensory organs and can’t attack, activate magic items, or lift more than 10 pounds.

You can hold your breath for up to 1 hour at a time. Frogs can remain underwater for some time before needing to come up for air.

As a bonus action, you can jump a number of feet equal to five times your proficiency bonus, without provoking opportunity attacks. You can use this trait only if your speed is greater than 0. You can use it a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

You have Darkvision with a range of 120 feet.

You gain proficiency in the Survival skill. Frogs have finely honed survival instincts.
