Czarnian physiology is absurdly durable and can repair damage at a cellular—and in some cases, molecular—level. This allows him to recover from almost any injury, including complete dismemberment, total incineration, and even being reduced to a puddle of blood.

Demonstrated Capabilities

1. Rapid Healing from Physical Damage

   • He can reattach severed limbs or regrow them entirely within minutes to seconds.

   • Bullet wounds, stab injuries, and crushed organs close almost instantly without scarring.

2. Full-Body Regeneration

   • Even if his entire body is destroyed—blown apart, vaporized, or reduced to chunks—he can reconstitute himself from surviving tissue.

   • In some comics, a single drop of  a Czarian’s blood has regenerated into a duplicates of him (which became a problem when multiple Czarians were running around).

3. Immunity to Disease and Toxins

   • He’s completely resistant to poisons, pathogens, and venoms—even those engineered to target aliens specifically.

   • Alcohol and recreational drugs barely affect him, which is why he can drink ridiculous amounts without passing out.

4. Pain Tolerance and Combat Continuity

   • His healing is so fast that he can keep fighting through wounds that would instantly kill others.

   • He often ignores injuries entirely, only “fixing” them when convenient.

Starting at character level 5, you can flex your muscles changing your size to Large as a Bonus Action if you’re in a big enough space. This transformation lasts for 10 minutes or until you end it (no action required). For that duration, you have Advantage on Strength checks, and your Speed increases by 10 feet. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest.

You have Advantage on any ability check you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.
