Homebrew Dovahkiin (Human) Species Details
After reading an Elder Scroll in thy Aurbis of Mundus, upon the world of Nirn, the Elder Scroll sent you to your D&D game and world without it, and with seemingly no way back home, but you art still you, you art still Dovahkinn (Dragonborn), Master of The Way of The Thu'um, Dragon-Souled hallow and hero, and the blessings of the gods Ysmir, Tsun, Stuhn, Shor, Kyne, and Akatosh follow you, the athel Dragon-Slayer.
Dovahkiin (Human) Traits
Let The Shouts Abound.Wight Kind & Speed
You art a Small-Medium Humanoid (2-7ft Human)
Walk Speed: 30
Climb Speed: 20
Swim Speed: 15
Resourceful
You gain Heroic Inspiration when you end a Long Rest.
(Heroic Inspiration can be spent to gain Advantage on an Ability Check, Attack Roll, or Saving Throw. You must declare its use before the DM tells the roll’s outcome.)
Relentless Endurance
When lowered to 0 Hit Points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 Hit Point instead. Once you wield this trait, you cannot do so again until you end a Long Rest.
Versatile
You gain an Origin feat of your choice.
Qahnaarin
All Draconic beings are, at all times, your Favoured Foes. Once per turn when you hit a Draconic foe with an attack, that foe takes extra damage:
Lvl 1=1d4, Lvl 5=1d6, Lvl 10=1d8, Lvl 15=2d8 (cannot stack with Ranger's Favoured Foe).
When you quell a Draconic foe, or are within 20ft of a lately slain Draconic being, you absorb its soul in golden, orange, and blue lights, forever felling it, no resurrecting, unless you choose not to (DC 12 Wisdom succeed).
Absorbing Draconic souls resets all slots, uses, features, and gives one heroic inspiration point.
The Thu'um
The true kind of a Dovahkiin is their thu'um,
a craft of magic and their dragon soul in a bellowing birr bursting from sheer speech.
Your eyes blink blazing heavenly blue as you shout.
Uses = 1+Cha modifier for thu'ums at Lvl 1,
but at Lvl 8 = 2+Cha modifier.
Each use is one word of a thu'um
as all thu'ums are made of three words.
Your uses reset after a Long Rest.
