Homebrew Athocra Species Details
The Athocra were, for a very long time, secluded. Their tales tell a story of Athena's owl getting lost in the expanse of Cicleris. Athena found it in ten days, and ut was surrounded with the Athocra, the humanoid owl-kin. Though the origin is only known by this vague tale, the Athocra are known to be a wise, independent people. They discovered the world with wings and watchful eyes and are now considered somewhat common.
Athocra Traits
Flight is a blessing, and a curse. Though their bones are stronger than any other avians', they are still avian. Bludgeoned weapons seem to have a more profound effect on the Athocra.Silent Flight

Age
Athocra don't live very long, ranging at around 40-50 years of lifespan. They mature in approximately 3-4 years.
Talons
Your talons are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
