Homebrew Aevorians Species Details

The Aevorians are a people born of melody and resonance, their very existence tied to the currents of sound. Where others shape the world through steel or stone, the Aevorians shape it through music, rhythm, and voice. Their societies are woven together with harmony, and their identities are inseparable from the songs they carry.

Appearance: Aevorians resemble slender humanoids with faintly elongated ears and features that seem sculpted by rhythm itself. Their hair often carries an iridescent shimmer, shifting subtly with tones of light, and their eyes glow faintly in blues, silvers, or golds when they sing. Subtle markings trace their skin like musical staves or wave-forms, glowing faintly when they are caught in moments of strong emotion or performance.

Resonant Voice

You can produce tones and pitches beyond the range of most humanoids. You gain proficiency in Performance.

Song of Soothing

As an action, you can use your voice to calm those around you. Choose a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus within 30 feet who can hear you. Each target has advantage on their next saving throw against being frightened or charmed. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.

Melodic Memory

You have advantage on Intelligence (History) checks made to recall lore, stories, or oral traditions you have heard sung or spoken before.

 

Echo of Harmony

When making a Charisma (Persuasion) check involving a group, you may roll with advantage once per long rest, as your voice naturally weaves itself into the rhythms of speech and crowd emotion.
