Size: Medium (although they are large for their category about 7–9 feet tall)

Speed: 30 feet.

Special Traits:

Bear Claws: Your hands have natural claws that count as unarmed attacks (1d6 slashing damage).

Strength of the Woods: You have advantage on saving throws against being pushed or knocked down.

Bear Sense: Proficiency in Survival or Perception (you choose one).

Instinctive Fury: Once per long rest, when you take damage, you can use your reaction to make an immediate melee attack with your claws or a weapon.

Languages: Common and Sylvan.
