Aswang are shapeshifters who walk between worlds — by day, they blend in among mortals, but by night, their true nature surfaces: hunters drawn to lifeforce. Feared in legend as soul-drinkers and flesh-eaters, not all Aswang embrace their hunger. Some struggle to master it, channeling their curse into heightened awareness, fluid combat, and supernatural instincts.

The ancient hunger in your blood grants you speed, stealth, and a predatory awareness, tempered by the discipline to master it. Balanced: +2 Dexterity, +1 Wisdom
Predatory: +2 Dexterity, +1 Constitution
Deceptive: +2 Charisma, +1 Dexterity
Choose based on whether your Aswang is a fluid hunter, a resilient predator, or a charming deceiver.
Dual Nature
Your body holds two forms:
Human Form: You appear as an ordinary humanoid of your choosing.
Aswang Form: As a bonus action, you can reveal your monstrous nature for up to 1 hour.
While transformed, you gain:
Darkvision 60 ft.
Advantage on Perception checks that rely on smell or hearing.
You can transform a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Predator’s Hunger
Once per long rest, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack, you can feed on its essence as a bonus action.
When you do, you gain one of the following until the end of your next turn:
