Towering and radiant, Ancient Kitsune are divine remnants of celestial fox spirits who once walked among gods and mortals alike. Though their divine light has long faded, traces of their celestial grace remain in their form and spirit. Each Ancient Kitsune carries the echo of the divine fox that birthed their lineage, and as centuries pass, their spiritual power manifests through the growth of additional tails — one for every hundred years of life.
Unlike the playful tricksters of younger kitsune tales, Ancient Kitsune are serene and deliberate, their vast lifespans lending them a quiet wisdom and deep humility. Some live in solitude, guarding sacred places or forgotten knowledge, while others walk among mortals to guide or protect them.
Though divine by nature, their mortal rebirths grant them bodies of flesh and bone — strong, towering forms that carry both spiritual grace and immense physical presence

Speed. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.
Darkvision. Your celestial heritage grants you the ability to see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light.
Ninefold Heritage. Your connection to your ancient spirit grows stronger with age. For every century you live, an additional tail manifests. Each tail grants a faint increase in your divine presence.
Divine Resilience. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and you have resistance to radiant damage.
Celestial Grace. You gain proficiency to all Wisdom saving throws.
Majestic Form. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and either Celestial or Sylvan (your choice).

Your connection to your ancient spirit grows stronger with age. For every century you live, an additional tail manifests. Each tail grants a faint increase in your divine presence; after living for 100 years, you may add +1 to Wisdom (to a maximum of +2 gained this way).
