Anthoptera are a short life spanned creature, maturing at 16 and can only living to 80 years old, that is unless you are a queen which can live up to 100 years old, though most never make it before their predecessor slays them.  The only way for them to live beyond their years are by using magics or of magic effect.

Most Anthoptera are as tall as elves or as tall as an adult male human, your size is Medium.

You can move up to 30 ft. on foot, and you can fly up to 35 ft. in any direction.

Your Reliance on the Hive has taught you that you can do things better in a group. As a Bonus Action you can grant a party member an Attack Action along side yours, sacrificing your Movement to do so. You can only use this feature once per Short Rest. 

Your hard exoskeleton is hardy against most piercing weapons, but is vulnerable to breaking from a blunt blow. You have resistance to Piercing damage, but Vulnerability to Bludgeoning damage.

Due to your insectoid body you have a long stinger which can pierce through armor and people alike. You can use your natural stinger as a weapon attack that deals 2d6 Piercing damage on a successful hit.
