You glow with the radiant colors of the night sky. You admit a color of your choice as a 5-foot radius of dim light; this can be extended out to 20 feet as a bonus action. Additionally, as a reaction to be targeted by a melee attack as a reaction you can burst with a radiant flash imposing disadvantage on that attack, you can do this an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus. 

When you are capable of seeing the stars, you can instead gaze upon them when you would normally take a long rest. You still gain all benefits of a long rest but also gain all instead of half of your hit dice back, advantage on your first saving or death throw, as well as automatically succeeding on any check made to navigate and know your exact location. 

Your astral lineage grants you unique magic, you can cast the Dancing Lights cantrip using your Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom. Additionally, you gain the Guiding Bolt spell at 3rd level and the Flaming Sphere spell at 5th. These spells are always prepared and don't count against your number of prepared spells and can be casted without expending a spell slot once per day. 

The Star Shaman's teachings have stuck with you; you gain expertise in one skill of your choice and proficiency in a tool or instrument. Additionally, you are proficient with slings, quarterstaffs, scimitars, and darts.
