Homebrew Diore Species Details

Diore - What is largely considered the native people of Jal'Diore, no answer to where their name originated has ever been discovered, they were the first encountered when explorers came to Jal'Diore, naming it after what the people called themselves, as they had no name for their land having never before considered that life existed beyond the great sea. They have obsidian black skin and solid golden yellow eyes and grow deep yellow hair in natural dreadlocks. They are the same slightly larger than humans and have similar lifespans as humans, though they have the unique trait of their bodies never growing weak due to old age until a short time before their death many Diore remain fit and spry well into their 80's a Diore may be a prime specimen at summer but have come frail and bedridden by winter, he will then know he is not long for the world.  Arcanists suspect they once were humans, though no one knows what has caused their severe change in appearance, they have endless gods and faiths, having civilizations that go back eons and eons, older than any other known region or peoples, many historians consider them the remnants and closest relatives of the first peoples to exist. Most Diore are members of the upper and the ruling class of the areas they live, and roughly 60% of the population of Jal'Diore is Diore, they have come to an arrogant attitude towards other races, not looking down on them, but considering them to be the equivalent of half-bloods, most of their society revolves around remaining stooped in their culture and maintaining pure blood, half blooded Diore are not tolerated and half breeds and those that bear them tend to disappear in regions not controlled by Diore, in regions that the Diore do rule they are outright taken into custody and stoned to discourage mixing with the lesser races
