Homebrew Dragkarth Species Details
The Dragkarth are towering draconic humanoid hybrids, born of Ancient Black Dragon blood and corrupted war magic. Their obsidian scales grow as hard as the Finest Dwarf armor, forming jagged, spiked natural armor that covers their massive frames, making them nearly impervious to conventional attacks. Ritual metal is often fused into their scales during rites of adulthood, marking lineage, rank, and martial achievement. Their tails serve as powerful counterweights in battle, and their horns and jagged dragon-like teeth make their presence as intimidating as it is deadly. Though Dragkarth are incapable of flight and sink in water, their immense strength and prehensile tails make them exceptional climbers, able to scale sheer surfaces with ease. Their size and density grant them incredible durability, allowing them to absorb punishment that would fell lesser warriors. Highly intelligent and brutally cunning, Dragkarth combine draconic ferocity with human-like tactical thinking, making them both formidable combatants and relentless strategists.
