Homebrew Burrowmaw Species Details
Burrow maws are tiny bear shaped creatures no taller than 3–4 feet. Their fur grows in uneven patches, revealing thin, stretched skin underneath. Their eyes look wet and too glossy, like marbles pushed into their skulls. Their jaws unhinge just slightly too far, showing thin rows of jagged bone carved into teeth. Their claws are long, dark, and curved like surgical tools. Burrow maws move extremely quietly. Their paws make no sound. Their bodies bend in unsettling ways. They smell faintly of damp fur and old blood. Though disturbing in appearance, they are clever, loyal to their own kind, and deadly when they hunt.
