Azkin – Children of Azathoth
Lore:
Azkin are dream-born beings, whispered to be the offspring of Azathoth, the Blind Idiot God. Mortals rarely see them awake, for they drift through dreams, learning secrets of the multiverse. When they wake, they can take forms of creatures they have dreamt of, making them unpredictable and versatile. Their presence subtly warps reality, and even a whisper from an Azkin can leave mortals unsettled.

When you wake from sleep, you can take the physical form of any humanoid or beast you have dreamt of.

You retain all class-based stats (hit points, proficiencies, class features, etc.).

You gain or lose racial ability score adjustments from the chosen form. For example, if your dream form is an Elf (+2 Dex, +1 Wis) while your base Azkin stats are (+2 Int, +1 Cha), your temporary stats adjust accordingly.

You keep your own size-based HP bonuses, but adopt any movement modes (climb, swim, fly) and natural traits (darkvision, resistances) of the form.
