Society
A typical Amphibifolk village is made up of a series of families. A strict sense of respect for authority is instilled at an early age. Collectively, the village council is made up of the selected elders from each family, serving as the highest authority figures within the villages. When an elder dies, they are replaced by an heir/successor. This is most likely the direct child and/or relative of the elder themselves, though there have been cases of others being raised as an heir when no acceptable relative is available. Each family within the village has a purpose, be it farming, artisanry or trading, they usually possess some sort of dedicated trade passed on from generation to generation.
