Homebrew Aransu Species Details
All Aransu are direct descendants of Vidas, the spider goddess. Their celestial heritage grants them the innate ability to magically control and manipulate their own blood, giving them powers beyond the limits of other mortals. A highly trained Aransu can speed up or slow down their heartbeat at will, close wounds in mere moments, and even form their blood into weapons outside of their body.
Aransu are raised in a remote village high in the mountains, and are trained for battle. They have dark burgundy or purple skin, and generally have gold or silver markings covering their body. The more an Aransu has trained their blood art, the more abnormal and monstrous they become, often growing extra eyes or mandibles from their face, or even extra limbs, which signify their closeness to their god and mother.
