Homebrew Amalthean Species Details
Amaltheans (pronounced A-mal-the-ans) are mortals who have been reborn by the grace of the Goddess of Moonlight Lurue. Most Amaltheans are born when Lurue stumbles across a corpse of a child, and blessing it with her horn, she grants life anew, blessing them with new life, moonlit grace, and celestial light. Extremely rare, they are also known as the Goddess-Nurtured.
Amaltheans can arise from any mortal population. While they retain their overall former body size and shape, Lurue's blessing reshapes them in her image, granting them a radiant unicorn-like horn that arise from their forehead and eyes that softly glow with a lunar lustre. Beyond that, there is neither a pattern not rhyme to the blessing's effects, although common features often include pointed ears, shining and curled hair (often an ethereal silver, gold or white), fair silken skin, & fur and hooves.

Lore of Lurue
The blessing that Lurue endowed you with also grants you supernatural abilities. You gain the Druidcraft cantrip and the ability to cast Detect Evil and Good at will.
When you reach character levels 3 and 5, you learn Entangle and Pass without Trace respectively. You always have these spell prepared and can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level.
Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma (your choice) is your spellcasting ability for the spells you cast with this trait.
