Homebrew Arachnian Species Details
Arachnian, are a spider-like people who are traditionally found in dark forests or underground in the many winding caves under the surface of Avalorne, these spider people are great at catching their prey and are fiercely loyal to one another. They live in a clan-like society. Their Special traits are mostly easily recognized due to their appearance, being spiders they can crawl on walls and use webs to make themselves rope to cross gaps, along with their ability to hide in the most unlikely of places.
Arachnian Traits
Arachnians have their natural abilities from bein a spider-like being, They are also able to use their webs and their ability to climb walls without the use of spells.Ability Score Increase
Your Dexterity Score is increased by 2 and Charisma Score is increased by 1.
Age
Arachnian have an average lifespan, though they mature sooner, maturing at 16 and living up to 100 years, though Males have a shorter lifespan given their culture of the females eating the males after mating.
Size
Though they have long extra appendages, it doesn't increase their height, your size is Medium or Small.
Speed
While walking you can move up to 30 ft, though when climbing you can move up to 35 ft.
Arachnid Senses
With your arachnid bloodline you can sense much more of your surroundings, especially in dark places. You have proficiency in the Perception Skill.
Spider's Eyes
Accustomed to the darkness of the caves under Avalorne's surface you have moderate vision in the dark conditions. You can see in the dark 60 feet as if it were bright light. You can discern color in darkness.
Webbed Manuvers
Being a spider you can use the Spider Climb and Web spell at will.
