Homebrew Demigod Species Details

Demigods are the mortal children of the Olympian gods. It is said to be frowned upon to have children as an Olympian, but of course, most gods do not listen. Demigods carry the traits of their divine parent, but stay dormant until the moment calls. Most demigods live unaware of their heritage until fate intervenes, awakening their abilities, becoming one with their powerful blood.

Demigod Traits

Demigods begin their campaign showing little to none of their innate abilities, as they live through their choices, and impactful moments, they gain additional traits that the Dungeon Master grants them.

Dormant Divinity

A demigod will always have the power of a demigod, no matter what. When it comes, nobody knows. Most demigods gain their abilities earlier than others, some later. One thing is for sure. When a demigod invokes an unshakable presence of will and patience, their dormant divinity awakens in great ways.
