Your Unarmed Strike becomes Bite, dealing 1d6+2 piercing damage. At character level 5, this scales to 2d6+2. At character level 11, this scales to 3d6+4. At character level 17, this scales to 4d6+4.

At character level 3, your bite becomes infected with Filth Fever. Upon successfully landing a Bite, roll a D12. If the roll is 8 or above, the target becomes infected with Filth Fever, and has disadvantage on STR, DEX, and CON saving throws until the end of combat or until something clears the status effect.
