You have two secondary arms. These can be used to manipulate an object, open or close a door or container, pick up or set down an object. Your secondary arms can also wield a weapon two one handed weapon or a two handed weapon. You can use an attack action to make two weapon melee attacks. But you must use a bonus action to make another two melee weapon attacks.
