Homebrew Carcerian Species Details

Description: These elusive humans are forged in the eerie prison plane of Carceri. Their bodies are stronger and faster than most humans due to the constant need to fight or run from the other denizens imprisoned there. Their neon green eyes with cat-like pupils glow ominously in the dimmest light, a gift from their unnatural birthright. Faint patterns ripple across their onyx skin, depicting flickers of the turbulent energies of Carceri. Each Carcerian holds an aura of despair, echoing their origin, while their unyielding presence hints at a sinister cunning and a determination to infiltrate and manipulate minds.

Lore: Spawned in a world of imprisonment, Carcerian are both prisoners and masters of manipulation in their own right. Legends speak of their ability to twist and shape the psyche of those who wander too close to the labyrinthine dungeons of their homeland. These entities personify the blurred line between freedom and confinement.
