Homebrew Dovakin Species Details

The Dovakin are mortals born with the soul of a dragon. Normally born once every 10,000 years the dragon born doesn’t unlock their innate dragon abilities until  they have absorbed their first dragon soul

Racial Traits: 

Draconic tongue: You can read an write Draconic in addition to the languages you know

Shouts: once per short rest you may use your Thu’um, The Thu’um is a magical ability that requires your voice an at least one word of power. If there is a zone of silence not focused on you, you may roll a will saving throw and if you succeed your Thu’um works as normal but cannot be used until a long rest has occurred

Soul Devourer: When you slay a dragon you may choose one of your words of powers to upgrade, each upgraded shouts effects last longer (say if a shout staggers an opponent then that opponent is knocked to their knees or knocked prone)
