Homebrew Ashari Species Details

Ashari Traits

The infernal blood within the Ashari grants them powerful but dangerous abilities. While they are human in body and mind, their latent demonic nature can surface, granting them unnatural strength and presence at the cost of constant inner struggle. Ashari traits reflect their ability to briefly embrace their infernal form while fighting to retain control over their humanity.

Infernal Tongue

You can speak, read, and write Infernal.

Infernal Shift

When you enter combat, you may choose to manifest your demonic horns and enter your infernal form. This transformation lasts until the combat ends. While in this form, when you take the Attack action, you can make one additional weapon attack. The one additional attack may only be used once.

Hellbound Resilience

You have resistance to fire damage.

Demonic Presence

Your unsettling aura grants you proficiency in Intimidation. 

Inner Struggle

You have advantage on saving throws against being frightened, as your mind has learned to resist supernatural influence.

Infernal Senses

You have darkvision out to 60 feet. If you already have darkvision from another source, its range increases by 30 feet.
