Homebrew Hellborn Species Details
The descendants of Zul’har are said to have emerged from the hollow depths of the planet itself. Ancient accounts claim that their deity stores its immense power within its horns, using them to seal the gates of Hell and pass judgment upon all who dare approach its entrance.
The Hellborn bear horns of countless shapes, each one growing without limit. Yet this unchecked growth is a curse as much as a gift. To restrain the overwhelming power coursing through them, many are forced to sever their own horns, leaving behind jagged stumps as grim proof of survival. Their hardened skin and luminous eyes stand as echoes of their god—unmistakable marks of Zul’har’s dominion etched into their very flesh.

Their horns encapsulates immense power, but when they grow too long, that power will begin to betray the host’s body. Overwhelming the body, losing reasoning and succumbing to madness. Attacking any living thing within their reach.Ability Score Increase.

Hell Flesh
You are immune to all forms of heat, including heat emitted from terrain.
Ragnarok
Rolling a natural 1 on a 1d10 or 1d8 while activating your species’ unique skill will trigger Ragnarok making you slowly succumb to madness. While in this state, you lose control and attack the nearest entity to your location for with Hellfire Strike automatically activated. This also consumes one limited use of Hellfire Strike depending on how many times it is used while you are transformed.

Hellfire Strike
When you hit a target with an attack roll and deal damage to it, you can also deal 1d10 Fire damage to it.
Infernal Shift
This ability enhances your evasive instinct. When you are targeted by an attack, you may roll 1d8 and add the result to your AC for that attack. If the attack still hits, the attacker takes 1d6 + your current level fire damage.
