Rolling Movement. While curled in your shell, you may move by rolling up to 15 feet in a straight line. Turning more than 45° costs extra movement, and difficult terrain may require a DC 10 Dexterity check to continue rolling.

• You have resistance to poison damage.

Panic Roll

When danger comes suddenly, your instincts take over.

• You immediately enter Curl Defense and roll up to 10 feet in a straight line.

• This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.

• After this movement, your speed becomes 0 until the start of your next turn.

• You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses after a long rest.
