Each number will reward a different weapon. The summoned weapon has the benefit of being bond to the user as well as providing additional elemental damage in the form of Necrotic damage. The corresponding numbers, damage values, and special abilities for each weapon are as follows:

1 - Greatsword: 1d12 Magical Slashing Damage | Charging Attack

2 - Greataxe: 1d12 Magical Slashing Damage | Can hit multiple targets within range in one sweeping attack

3 - Halbred: 1d10 Magical Slashing Damage | Extended Reach (10 ft)

4 - Dagger: 1d6 Magical Slashing Damage | 1d4 Necrotic Bleed Damage at the start of each turn to enemies that have taken damage from the dagger

5 - Spear: 1d10 Magical Piercing Damage | Toppling Attacks

6 - Longsword: 1d10 Slashing Damage | Dazing Attacks

The damage added for the d20 roll is as follows:

1-13 - +1d4 Necrotic Damage

14-18 - +1d6 Necrotic Damage

19-20 - +1d8 Necrotic Damage

You gain proficiency in one skill of your choice.

Your familiarity with your tail for mobility allows you to utilize it as another limb. You can use a bonus action to make an extra attack roll or sleight of hand check with your tail.
