Homebrew Crowfolk Species Details

Kenku are flightless bird-like humanoids, known for their ability to copy voices and writing.

  • Corvine Features: Kenku are flightless, bipedal humanoid birds that closely resemble ravens or crows. They possess glossy black, russet-brown, or dark blue feathers and black, beady eyes.
  • Adaptable Size: Unlike the strictly Medium 2014 version, modern Kenku can be either Medium or Small.
  • Avian Limbs: They have humanoid arms ending in bird-like talons capable of fine motor tasks. Their legs are scrawny and scaled like a bird’s, and they lack wings.
  • Hollow Bones: They are exceptionally light for their size (averaging 75–120 lbs) due to partially hollow bones, which also grants them natural agility.
