Homebrew Zerorian Species Details

Zerorian is a near extinct species of divine cat like anthropomorphic felines.

History: There are very few of this species left, largely due to their god given power of natural bodily electricity, and the power to hone it as well as their uncanny strength, wisdom, and speed. They were often looked at with either great favor, or great envy and distain. This often lead to them being royalty, warriors, or great people of power in high society. This also lead to a lot of them being assassinated or murdered. Largely came with the territory they preformed their duties in, however over time this drew on their numbers greatly, especially during war time.
In war, Zerorians were largely targeted due to their capabilities and standing in the army/diplomacy. Even after war they were hunted by extremists, anti-government conspirators, and people wanting to harvest pieces from them to try and harness their power.

Their downfall is collectively being to confident to preserve their own lives, with some exceptions, most Zerorians still hold positions of power in massive cities and kingdoms as well as roam the streets of wherever they reside. They are fully headstrong on the fact that they will not be discouraged or feel afraid when faced with the threat of extinction, and will continue to try and thrive despite everyone who opposes their mere existance.

Appearance: The females were described as bipedal felines with primarily yellow and black fur. With thinner, black fur on their lower legs, lower body, upper arms, and face, and with thicker and yellow everywhere else. There is also zigzagging black stripes on each of their thighs and two more stripes on each of the forearms. There are small tufts of light blue fur on their chests and a longer tuft on their foreheads. Each member of the species has a single, lightning bolt-shaped blue whisker on each cheek. A long, ponytail-like or tail-like bunch of fur extends from between their shoulders. Each has large ears with black insides and blue eyes. Their forepaws have four clawed fingers and light blue pads, while their hind paws have only three clawed toes. 

The males are the exact same except with an inverse in color (Black with yellow, yellow with black)

The main distinctions between males and females is the breast sizes and the difference in color.

Zerorians have twice the lifespan of regular humans at 220-240 years old, as long as they stay clear of trouble 

Size

The average Zerorian sits on a small 5ft -5ft 5in frame, while not very tall, they are still mighty

Weight

You weigh around 175 lbs, however you can lift around 3x that amount

Speed demon
Zeriorians are extremely fast, 50 walk speed 

Extremely nimble
Being of smaller stature  allows you to be more precise while moving, 40 climb speed, your movement is not affected by difference or level of terrain

Divine gift
At level 3 and as a bonus action, you can cast a Lightning bolt from your body, this ability can be used 3 times per long rest and your Dex score is used as your spellcasting ability 

Insane reaction time
Your nature of being fast allows you to always have a heads up. You have a permanent advantage on acrobatics and grappling checks

First strike
You are always keen on when an aggressor steps your way, +1 to initiative. Your first hit in battle deals double 

Slow riser
Being dead stopped sucks for you, if you are knocked down it takes 2 turns to recover

Glass Cannon

While you are a skilled fighter and a fast mover, you are also very fragile. When a battle starts, you gain an additional + 1 to all ability scores, however if your health drops below 50%, you lose -2 for all ability scores until the battle concludes. If you are healed above 50%  your scores reset to default, and return to -2 again if you fall below

Newton’s Law
An object in motion hurts more in motion, especially at speed. You hit for an additional damage multiplier of .5x onto your damage if you land a physical strike while running. This multiplier stacks depending on how far you move (Ex. If you move the full 50 of your walk speed the damage multiplier is 2.5x if the attack lands) 
Literal Glass Cannon
Unfortunately for you while your arms and legs are destructively powerful, the rest of your body is not. Permanent -1 to your max health.
Hydrophobic
You are unbelievably afraid of any and all bodies of water that are bigger than a puddle, anything smaller than a puddle, excluding glasses of water, causes you mild to extreme discomfort. Seafood makes you physically ill
