Homebrew Aaismakas Species Details

 A race that is half Aaismar and Vrylokas they are known for their beauty unnaturally attractive as well their strength.  Aaismakas carry the traits of both races to make a formidable and intelligent people. This race has an average life span of 200 years or more. Physically similar to humans with insightful, and a magnetic personality and a capacity to cast supernatural light. They have a celestial and Vampiric heritage. and have slightly larger canines but unlike Vrylokas, Aaismakas are not undead and do not drink blood however they still keep most of the characteristics. In fact, their Vrylokas heritage grants them quite a lot of power; not only are they resistant to necrotic energy, but they also have the ability to temporarily boost their own vitality and others around them when they injure or slay an enemy. This is due to the Vrylokas vampire heritage. Unnatural Vitality allows them to gain a surge in defensive abilities when they kill. Since they have celestial blood they have no need for the blood ritual to extend their life. In Aaismakas age at a much slower rate than regular humans though they are resilient and are much harder to injure they are mortal. Aaismakas are charged by the powers of good to guard the weak, to strike at evil where ever it arises, and to stand vigilant against the darkness. From a young age, they are given advice and directives that urge to stand against evil to protect the weak and right wrongs. They tend to be Chaotic Good even though they have a Vampiric heritage some have become Great Vampire hunters and have sworn to rid the world of Necromancers. Aaismakas are very susceptible to weapons made of silver and other anti vampiric weapons. Clans of Aaismakas are known to rampage the lands as they hurt for the Necromancers to avenge their fallen after the Great War. This caused nearly every town to hate the Aaismakas. Outside their native celestial language, Aaismakas do not like speaking and prefers other ways of communication. The Dwarves hate the Aaismakas as they were hired to assassinate their leader Yoda in the Clone Wars after being paid by the Halflings. Aaismakas struggle during cold weather and prefer to hiberante during the great winters manipulation animals to bring them food.

Dark Vision

Thanks to your infernal heritage, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions.You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

You have resistance to necrotic damage and radiant damage

Lifeblood

You gain one of the following benefits when you kill an enemy. The blood from the victim is sucked into your chest giving you a temporary buff. (Roll d4 to Decide)

1. Your speed increases

2. You gain temporary hit points equal to 5 + Half of your level.

3. You gain damage equal to your proficiency bonus until the end of your next turn.

4. The blood you absorb is impure and you are exhausted until the end of your next turn.
