Homebrew Arachnaborn Species Details
The Arachnaborn are a mysterious humanoid species descended from ancient spider spirits and creatures of the deep caverns. Their bodies combine humanoid features with unmistakable arachnid traits: multiple eyes, chitinous armor plates, and the natural ability to produce silk. Though their appearance can be unsettling to many surface dwellers, Arachnaborn possess sharp intelligence, patience, and deadly precision.
Most Arachnaborn stand between 5 and 7 feet tall. Their skin tones range from pale gray and deep black to dark crimson or mottled patterns resembling spider markings. Small patches of hardened chitin cover parts of their arms, legs, or torso, acting as natural armor. Many Arachnaborn have four to eight eyes arranged across their forehead, giving them exceptional awareness of their surroundings.
