Homebrew Dovahkiin (Human) V2 Species Details

After reading an Elder Scroll in thy Aurbis of Mundus, upon the world of Nirn, the Elder Scroll sent you to your D&D game and world without it, and with seemingly no way back home, but you art still you, you art still Dovahkinn (Dragonborn), Master of The Way of The Thu'um, Dragon-Souled hallow and hero, and the blessings of the gods Ysmir, Tsun, Stuhn, Shor, Kyne, and Akatosh follow you, the athel Dragon-Slayer.

Dovahkiin (Human) V2 Traits

Let The Shouts Abound.

Wight Kind & Speed

You art a Small-Medium Human (2-7ft)
Walk Speed: 30
Climb Speed: 15
Swim Speed: 15

Resourceful

You gain Heroic Inspiration when you end a Long Rest.
(Heroic Inspiration can be spent to gain Advantage on an Ability Check, Attack Roll, or Saving Throw. You must declare its use before the DM tells the roll’s outcome.)

Qahnaarin

Draconic beings are your Favoured Foes. Once per turn when you hit a Draconic foe with an attack, that foe takes extra damage:
Lvl 1=1d4, Lvl 5=1d6, Lvl 10=1d8, Lvl 15=2d8.
A number of times = to your Proficiency bonus per Long Rest you can absorb a dead Draconic's soul within 20ft of you, forever felling it (no resurrecting).
Absorbing Draconic souls resets all thu'um uses, gives one Heroic Inspiration point, and heals HP = your Lvl + your Con Mod.

Golden-Orange and blue godly lights swirl from the dead Draconic all over you, before it is swiftly absorbed into your body, leaving a suttle shine to your person for a few seconds before stopping.

The dead Draconic being, in having its soul taken from its body, will begin to burn up and flake, but not by everyday fire. By the end of the Draconic soul absorbing there will be a clean skeleton left in its wake, if the Draconic being was not already of skeletal remaining body.

The Thu'um

The true Dovahkiin's might lies in their Thu’um (shout)—a craft of magic and Draconic soul, unleashed as a birrly, bellowing burst of arcane speech. When you use your Thu’um, your eyes blaze heaven-blue for a fleeting moment. You have 3 uses of your Thu’um, and you regain all spent uses after a Long Rest. As you level, you unlock more Thu’ums, as listed:

1st Lvl, Fus Ro Dah.
2nd Lvl, Yol Toor Shul & Fo Krah Diin.
3rd Lvl, Feim Zii Gron & Mul Qah Diiv.
4th Lvl, Zun Haal Viik & Wuld Nah Kest.
5th Lvl, Raan Mir Tah & Lok Vah Koor.
10th Lvl, Tiid Klo Ul & Mid Vur Shaan.
11th Lvl, Joor Zah Frul & Gol Hah Dov.
15th Lvl, Strun Bah Qo.
Unless otherwise listed, using a Thu’um requires an action, and when you take the attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks with a Thu’um you know. Lvl 1, 3, 4, & 5 thu'ums cost 1 use, Lvl 2,10, & 11 thu'ums cost 2 uses, and the Lvl 15 thu'um, Strun Bah Qo, costs all 3 uses.

Ysmir's Way

As the last Ysmir, Dragon of The North, you art tough and tart minded.
+1 Constitution, +1 Charisma.
You art Immune to being Frightened.

Speech

You can speak, read, and write Common, Draconic, and a standard tounge of your choice.
You have Advantage upon Persuasion, Deception, and Intimidation rolls when speaking to Draconic beings.
